In 2018, famous DJ and record producer David Guetta captured attention by acquiring a breathtaking condominium at the exclusive Setai Miami Beach for an impressive $9.5 million. Perched on the 37th floor, this luxurious residence provided the 56-year-old French music icon with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the stunning Miami skyline. Fast forward to 2024, and Guetta has successfully sold this luminous property for a remarkable $16 million, breaking records for the highest price per square foot for a condo in Miami Beach.

The transaction, completed in an off-market deal as reported by the New York Post, involved the condo being sold to an undisclosed buyer. Encompassing 2,525 square feet, the unit includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms, culminating in an astounding price of $6,337 per square foot. This sale not only represents the highest amount ever paid per square foot in the area, but it also ranks as the second-highest price for a non-penthouse condo in Miami-Dade County.

Guetta initially explored various residences within the Setai before successfully purchasing the unit from billionaire Richard LeFrak. The condo features multiple exposures that offer its new owner captivating ocean views during the day and a splendid city skyline at night. Moreover, Setai Miami Beach allows short-term rentals, which enable owners to alleviate expenses. It has been reported that Guetta leased his unit for as much as $28,000 per week or $50,000 monthly while traveling.

This elegantly designed home highlights a chic white interior with integrated Sonos speakers seamlessly blended throughout its expansive layout. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide breathtaking views of the Atlantic from the primary living area, comprising a lounge, dining section, and a modern kitchen.
