Featuring 14 soul-infused, dance-floor-ready tracks, this album invites listeners to immerse themselves in a musical paradise. Released through Sony Music Germany and RCA Records, Paradise is the kind of album where you can hit play and let it loop, transporting you to the vibrant atmosphere of a 1970s discotheque, all while you enjoy the comforts of home in your favorite slippers.
Paradise showcases collaborations with some of the music scene’s most beloved talents. The legendary Nile Rogers lends his signature guitar riffs to “Honey Boy,” which, along with Jamaican vocalist Shenesea, radiates pure joy reminiscent of a Barbieland summer. “Heartbreaker” features the dynamic duo Chromeo and boasts an infectious four-to-the-floor disco beat, cleverly sampling the iconic 1983 track “Hypnotic Tango” by Italian Disco band My Mine. In “Something On My Mind,” Purple Disco Machine collaborates with the incredibly talented Duke Dumont and the UK indie-pop band Nothing But Thieves, who contribute anthemic vocals. The album’s final track, “All My Life,” produced alongside Belgian artist The Magician, might just be the most catchy and uplifting song of all, perfectly rounding out this stellar project.
