Audien launches piano-driven stutter house track, ‘So Sad’

Nathaniel “Nate” Rathbun, known in the music world as American electronic artist Audien, has unveiled his latest track “So Sad.” This dynamic piece blends progressive house with stutter and piano influences and is now available on Armin van Buuren’s prestigious Armada Music label. With a remarkable discography that showcases his evolution, the Connecticut native, recognized for remixing hits like “Kill The Lights,” demonstrates his ability to remain relevant in today’s rapidly changing music landscape through tracks like “So Sad.”

Released as his third single in 2024, following the August hit “Living in Color,” featuring Jeoff Harris, and January’s “21,” produced in collaboration with Anjunabeats staple Jason Ross, “So Sad” marks Audien’s first solo endeavor since “Superhero” debuted last October.

With a busy tour schedule leading to his headline performance at Lights All Night in Dallas on December 29th, Audien seems set for a stellar remainder of 2024. Fans can anticipate even more musical creativity in 2025.
