Yes, you read that right! Whet Travel, alongside Dim Mak and partners EDM Identity and Neon Owl, is hosting another round of the Groove Cruise Undiscovered DJ Contest. This year’s theme, Cruisin’ For Kindness, supports the Whet Foundation and provides aspiring artists an opportunity to secure a spot in the 2025 sailing lineup.
The winning DJ will not only score an opening slot on the Dim Mak stage but also enjoy an oceanview stateroom for two and up to $600 in travel expenses. That’s just the beginning! The winner will receive a guest mix feature on the Dim Mak Studios Radio Show as well as an episode on Groove Cruise Radio. Plus, they’ll join Whet Travel and founder Jason Beukema on Facebook Live. To enhance their exposure, EDM Identity will provide a buzz package for editorial and social media promotion.
DJs aged 21 and over (or turning 21 by January 22, 2025) can enter by submitting a 30-minute video mix through the official entry form starting now until Sunday, October 6 at 12am ET. More information about video requirements, runner-up prizes, and the judging process can be found on that page.
Note: Cabins for Groove Cruise Miami 2025 are currently sold out, but a waitlist is open for those who missed their chance to join the Royal Caribbean’s Allure of the Seas expedition next year.
