For emerging music producers, demo drops and feedback sessions are invaluable opportunities to showcase their tracks to record labels and industry experts. With the Amsterdam Dance Event 2024 fast approaching, the complete lineup of events has been announced. We’ve curated a selection of the top demo drop and feedback sessions taking place at ADE, including an exciting event hosted by We Rave You!
1. Demopitches
The ADE Lab is offering a unique opportunity for new artists to present their music to industry professionals. This speed dating-style session allows you to pitch your demo to A&R representatives, label managers, and recording artists. With only 10 slots available, pre-registration is essential.
To secure a spot, visit the INFO & SIGN-UP desk at Het Groene Paleis. Signups begin at 10 AM when the ADE Lab opens. Arriving early is advised, as slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. We Rave You Tech x Toolroom Academy present Demo Drop
We Rave You Tech and Toolroom Academy are organizing one of the largest demo drops in Amsterdam this year. Industry leaders Mark Knight and Head A&R Pete Griffiths will analyze demos live. The winner of the demo drop will earn a chance to get signed by Toolroom Records, one of Beatport’s top-selling labels. This event is free for all attendees, but an RSVP is required.

3. PIV Demo Drop
The ADE Lab is collaborating with Pioneer / Alpha Theta for a demo drop. Attendees must sign up only if they can attend in person, as filling out the form does not guarantee entry. Invitations to drop by will be sent via email.
4. Soave Demo Drop
Soave Records is a key player in the house and tropical house music scene. At this event, producers can connect with A&R teams from top labels within the House, Summer House, and Tropical House genres, including Soave and others. Present your demos, gain insightful feedback, and potentially secure a record deal.
5. Demolition XXVII
Demolition is one of ADE’s premier demo listening sessions, held annually. The well-established format, hosted by Dave Clarke, provides producers the opportunity to receive real-time feedback from an expert panel of electronic music professionals — including A&R executives and artists well-versed in various electronic genres. This year marks its XXVII edition at the ADE Lab.
Important: To submit your demo, an ADE Pro/ADE Lab ticket and attendance at Demolition are mandatory.
