Scheduled for release on November 15 through Mom + Pop Music, his sophomore album emerged from one of the most difficult periods in his life. Instead of resisting these challenges, he found that they led him to new perspectives, dubbing this new chapter the Blue Babu Era: The Red Eye Home.
My sophomore album, The Red Eye Home, is a profound exploration of melancholy and sound. During the creation of this record, I experienced some of the most tumultuous times in my life, and rather than battling the storm, I allowed it to guide me to new territories. I can’t wait for people to experience a new side of me that they haven’t encountered before.
