Broken Hill Drops a Darker Indie Dance Mix This Fall
Based in San Diego, Broken Hill has cultivated a profound passion for electronic music from a young age. His early exposure to various dance music genres, thanks to his father, ignited his creative journey as a producer and sound engineer. Today, Broken Hill excels as a producer while also serving as the lead audio engineer at The Music Company Studios.
With lush melodies, deep basslines, and complex rhythms, Broken Hill’s music is both captivating and energetic, making it ideal for the dancefloor. Notable achievements include the release of his EP on Moscoman’s Disco Halal, Change Your Mind, which gained attention from fans and tastemakers alike. His tracks, including “All I’ve Said” and “Way Of Being,” alongside remixes like Edgar Everyone’s “Who’s The Dreamer” and The Dare’s “Girls,” showcase his remarkable talent. When combined with his dynamic performances, it’s clear he is a rising star in the music scene.
While San Diego may lack the seasonal changes found elsewhere, Broken Hill has curated a mix that embodies a festive spirit. “This mix features a selection of my upcoming unreleased tracks set to be released at the end of this year and into 2025,” he shared. “I have two singles scheduled for November on Musmeci & Lehar’s label, Multinotes, and on Pavel Petrov’s label, EXE Audio, in collaboration with my friends, The Drake Brothers.”
