Glastonbury 2025 Ticket Sales: Key Information for Attendees

The renowned Glastonbury Festival in Somerset, England is preparing for its 2025 edition, set to take place from June 25-29. Fans eager to secure their tickets are encouraged to log in “a few minutes early” to enhance their chances of making a purchase.

As noted on the Glastonbury website, a new system developed by See Tickets has been introduced to combat ticket scalping and streamline the purchasing experience. However, this new process may not be as straightforward as in previous years. Attendees are strongly advised to sign in before the sale begins to avoid being placed at the back of the queue, with ticket prices set at £373.50 plus a £5 booking fee.

According to the website, “Anyone who logs on once the sale has started will automatically be added to the back of the queue, so it’s important to make sure you are online ready at least a few minutes before the sale opens.” Once in the queue, a progress bar will display your position, and it is crucial not to refresh the page or use multiple devices or tabs, as this could result in losing your spot.

Additionally, registration on the Glastonbury website is mandatory for ticket purchases, a measure aimed at preventing scalping. In 2024, tickets for the main sale sold out in under an hour, and resale tickets were gone in just 22 minutes. Resale tickets are those that remain unpaid after a £75 deposit has been made by the original purchaser.

Glastonbury coach and ticket packages will be available starting Thursday, November 14 at 6pm, with general ticket sales commencing at 9am on Sunday, November 17. Ensure you register via See Tickets.
