Indira Paganotto, Four Tet, Peggy Gou, and Mochakk Headline Sónar Festival 2025
Sónar Festival organizers are committed to maintaining the festival’s reputation as a leading electronic music event in Spain. They have announced the first 66 artists for the 2025 lineup, set to take place at Fira Montjuïc and Fira Gran Via in Barcelona from June 12-14.
Expect some of the most prominent names in dance music, including UK veteran Four Tet, South Korean house and techno sensation Peggy Gou, and Brazilian tech house producer Mochakk. The lineup also features established artists like Eric Prydz, Helena Hauff, Vintage Culture, and Honey Dijon.
Notable collaborations are also on the bill, such as the back-to-back set from Dutch trance legend Armin van Buuren with Spanish hard techno luminary Indira Paganotto. This pairing follows Armin’s recent announcement of a b2b with Joris Voorn at Tomorrowland Winter. Additionally, Skrillex will perform a b2b set with Blawan, a surprising pairing given Skrillex’s reputation in serious techno circles.
The 2025 Sónar Festival will also showcase exclusive artist projects, including Bicep with a “Chroma AV/DJ” set, Max Cooper presenting “Lattice 3D/AV,” and Richie Hawtin performing under his longstanding Plastikman alias.
Since its inception in 1994 as the Festival of Advanced Music and Multimedia Art, Sónar has evolved into a multifaceted event featuring Sónar by Day, Sónar by Night, and the Sónar+D conference.
Tickets for Sónar Festival are currently available, starting at €195. Secure your tickets and gather more details on the official event website.
