WonkyWilla’s Thanksgiving Project: A Unique EP and Charity Merch for Feeding America
As the holiday season approaches, it’s the ideal moment to embrace the spirit of generosity and consider the positive difference we can make. Rising dubstep artist WonkyWilla embodies this ethos with his latest EP, Wonksgiving, released in honor of Thanksgiving. Recognized for his unique blend of bold and genre-defying sounds, the Florida-based DJ is adding warmth to the season by unveiling new music while leveraging his platform to support the community.
Released through Wubaholics, Wonksgiving features three tracks that showcase pulsating basslines and intricate rhythms. In “Drop,” WonkyWilla captures the essence of dubstep with explosive bass stabs. The relentless beat seamlessly transitions into the next track, “Scream from Venus.” This track features trippy vocals and powerful kick drums, creating a captivating listening experience before “Make It Hot” shifts the tone with a sweet, alternative vibe to wrap up the EP.
We aimed to create something extraordinary for my debut EP, and this collaboration with Elev808 feels truly special, especially as we’re donating to Feeding America. Everything about the “Wonksgiving” EP, from the music to the cover art and the merch, aligns perfectly with the direction I envision for this project. I’m thrilled that the WonkyWilla project can conclude the year on such a high note!

Alongside the EP release, WonkyWilla is partnering with Elev808 for an exclusive charity-driven merch drop, which includes Wonksgiving hockey jerseys and pashminas. Half of the proceeds from these sales will be donated to Feeding America to assist families in need in enjoying a complete Thanksgiving meal.
