Pendulum Announces Headline Performance at National Bowl in Milton Keynes, England
Pendulum, the renowned live electronic music band, is set to electrify audiences with a headline performance on August 9, 2025, at the National Bowl in Milton Keynes, England. This monumental event has been touted as “OUR BIGGEST EVER LIVE SHOW,” reflecting the band’s commitment to delivering an unforgettable experience.
The National Bowl, with a capacity of 65,000, is an ideal venue for the trio, which currently consists of Gareth McGrillen, Rob Swire, and Peredur ap Gwynedd. This performance is poised to be one of the most significant events in Pendulum’s history, featuring multiple stages and an impressive lineup that has yet to be revealed.
“Following the sold-out success of this summer’s inaugural event with Chase & Status, we’re amplifying the experience and stepping into 2025 with a lineup that’s larger than life,” the Pendulum website states. “Expect more stages and an energetic fusion of live and DJ performances that will ignite the Bowl.”
Founded in 2002 in Perth, Australia, Pendulum originally comprised Swire, McGrillen, and Paul “El Hornet” Harding. Over the years, members such as Ben Mount and KJ Sawka have also contributed to the band’s evolution. After a hiatus from 2012 to 2016, during which Swire and McGrillen focused on their Knife Party project, Pendulum has made a remarkable comeback.
In recent years, Pendulum has benefited from the resurgence of drum and bass within the younger EDM scene. The band released a new EP titled Anima in 2023 and has embarked on a North American tour.
Presale begins on Thursday, December 5, at 10am GMT, with general sales starting the following day at the same time. For more details, visit the Pendulum website.
