Official Trailer Launch for ‘Avicii – I’m Tim’ Netflix Documentary: A Deep Dive into the Life of Avicii

News

The Netflix documentary that delves into the life of Tim Bergling, Avicii – I’m Tim, is set to debut on December 31.

The impact of Avicii continues to resonate after his tragic passing in 2018. In recent times, initiatives such as the launch of an interactive museum honoring the beloved Swedish DJ, charitable efforts, and the ongoing popularity of his music have kept Tim Bergling alive in the hearts of fans worldwide. In 2021, it was revealed that Candamo Film was developing a documentary that celebrates his legacy, and after its premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival earlier this year, the release date has finally been announced.

Directed by Henrik Burman, Avicii – I’m Tim will be available on Netflix starting December 31. The film offers an intimate look at Avicii’s journey through the music industry, particularly following the massive success of his hit track “Levels.”

Avicii – I’m Tim includes exclusive footage and interviews with family, friends, and collaborators, with parts of the narrative featuring Tim Bergling’s own voice. This is showcased in the recently unveiled Netflix trailer, From Small Clubs To Big Clubs, which captures his memories as he transitioned from a bedroom producer to a global superstar.

Alongside the release of Avicii – I’m Tim, a second documentary titled Avicii – My Last Show will revisit the poignant night at Ushuaïa Ibiza in 2016, marking his final performance. A clip from this emotional concert, which was initially displayed at the Avicii Experience Museum in Stockholm, was revealed earlier this year.

Don’t miss out—watch Avicii – I’m Tim and Avicii – My Last Show on Netflix starting December 31.
