Upcoming LA Fire Benefit Concerts at Exchange LA, Academy LA, Avalon Hollywood, NOVA SD, and Bloom SD in January Will See Insomniac Donate 100% of Net Proceeds to Charity.
The recent wildfires in Los Angeles have wreaked havoc across the county, destroying entire communities, businesses, and displacing thousands of residents. Many individuals in the dance music community have stepped up to raise funds and support the local community, including Insomniac, a company that has proudly called Los Angeles home for over 30 years.
Insomniac has announced that the 16 shows scheduled over the next two weeks at Exchange LA, Academy LA, Avalon Hollywood, NOVA SD, and Bloom SD will all contribute to the LA Fire relief efforts. Each event, fueled by the generosity of artists donating their time, will allocate 100% of net proceeds to charities focused on rebuilding and providing support to fire victims and first responders.
Upcoming shows at Academy LA include JSTJR’s Group Chat takeover, an edition of Night Trip featuring Tom & Collins, Detlef, and Malone, along with solo performances from Imanbek and SVDDEN DEATH. Exchange LA will host performances by Oliver Heldens, Flosstradamus, Pickle, Deorro, and two special takeovers, Electrik Seoul and One More Time. Meanwhile, Avalon Hollywood is set to feature Bear Grillz, Gasolina, Emo Nite, and the sold-out Gud Vibrations CharityShowcase featuring SLANDER b2b NGHTMRE and more.
San Diego residents can also participate in giving back, as NOVA SD and Bloom SD will showcase a range of talented acts over the next two weeks. DJ Pauly D is set to perform at NOVA on January 19, while Sidequest will take the stage at Bloom on the same evening.
