Escapade Music Festival 2025: A Diverse Lineup Featuring The Chainsmokers, Subtronics, Gorgon City, and Above & Beyond
In 2025, music genres have become increasingly fluid, and the Escapade Music Festival lineup embodies the eclectic tastes of today’s EDM enthusiasts. This year’s festival at the RA Centre Grounds in Ottawa showcases a roster of artists who defy categorization, all of whom are prominent figures in the electronic music scene.
On the heavier side, renowned artists like Excision, Liquid Stranger, and Subtronics are set to shake the grounds with their bass-heavy performances, with Subtronics’ Cyclops Records taking over a stage. Other notable bass artists include Jessica Audiffried, Level Up, and Kompany, who will deliver an electrifying back-to-back set.
For fans of house and techno, the lineup features beloved names such as Green Velvet, Kaskade, Gorgon City, MORTEN, and Patrick Topping. Additionally, trance legends Above & Beyond will grace the stage, with their Anjunabeats label hosting a special takeover titled Anjuna25.
This diverse array of artists is just a taste of what the Escapade Music Festival 2025 has to offer. The Chainsmokers will mix pop elements with electronic beats, while Deathpact promises to deliver mind-bending midtempo bass. Adding to the excitement, Kygo will showcase tracks from his tropical house-influenced 2024 album. Each artist contributes to the vibrant tapestry of electronic music that the festival represents.
Since its inception in 2010, the Escapade Music Festival has evolved, previously being hosted at Lansdowne Park. Last year’s event saw the unfortunate cancellation of the third day due to heavy rainfall. In celebration of its 15th anniversary, this year’s festival is moving to the RA Centre Grounds.
