Michael Bibi Hosts One Life Event in London’s Finsbury Park to Celebrate Cancer-Free Milestone

Michael Bibi has emerged from a life-changing battle with cancer with a renewed sense of purpose. The renowned DJ and producer collaborated with the stem cell charity Anthony Nolan to organize the One Life London show at Finsbury Park this past July. Following the event’s success, he has generously donated nearly £125,000 to the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.

“Today I visited the Royal Marsden for my regular check-ups and to present the staff with the funds we raised from the One Life show at Finsbury Park,” Bibi stated. “Thank you to everyone who contributed to making this event a reality.”

He added: “By coming together to dance, we have directly aided others like myself and helped save more lives. My heart is filled with gratitude, thank you.”

Michael Bibi’s journey in electronic music began at the age of 14 when he bought his first pair of belt-driven turntables. In 2023, he received a diagnosis of a rare brain cancer known as CNS lymphoma, but after six months of treatment, he proudly announced that he was in remission. His 2024 tour has been nothing short of extraordinary, featuring performances at high-profile events.

Bibi not only graced the stage at Coachella’s new Quasar stage but also made history with One Life London, establishing it as the largest dance music event in the city’s history. And the year isn’t over yet — on Friday, September 20, he will host a One Life celebration at the iconic Ushuaïa Ibiza, a renowned superclub.

The £124,832 donation to the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity from Michael Bibi will support cancer care, facilitating groundbreaking research and treatment options for those affected by the disease.
