Off The Grid Campout Cancels Austin Event, Shifts Focus to Southern California
True Entertainment‘s Off The Grid Campout has long been a haven for those seeking quality music and a vibrant community atmosphere. While the event has gained fame for its Southern California editions, it made its debut in Austin last year with an impressive two-day lineup. Unfortunately, the organizers have announced that Off The Grid Campout Austin will not return this April as planned.
In their social media announcement, the team stated, “After much thought and consideration, we’ve made the tough decision to cancel this year’s Off The Grid Campout Austin. This wasn’t an easy call, but we’re dedicated to preserving the sacred energy of this event and ensuring that every OTG experience stays true to what we stand for.”
This year’s Austin lineup was poised to feature artists like Justin Martin, Doc Martin, DJ Sneak, Georgie Riot, London Elecktricity, AIRGLO, Nightstalker, Soohan, Doorly, and many others.
Ticket holders for the Austin event will not be left in the lurch, as all passes will be fully refunded. The organizers also noted that they are not completely abandoning the city; instead, they plan to host select events in the area to maintain the OTG spirit.
The focus for the team will now shift to the Southern California edition of Off The Grid Campout, scheduled for October 9-13 at Apple Valley Ranch, California. This year, the event will take place at their new venue, the OTG Ranch, with the lineup yet to be announced. For those interested in attending, passes can be purchased through SeeTickets.
