Nocturnal Wonderland cancelled due to growing fires in region

News

Electornic music fans in California were getting excited about the return of Nocturnal Wonderland to San Bernadino. Unfortunately, excessive wildfires in the region caused promoters to cancel the event days before the gates were set to open.

With the build-up to Nocturnal Wonderland in its final phase, the team behind the event had to make the hard choice to call off the event just three days before it was set to take place. The line-up was made up of artists from across the electronic music community with headline sets from Kaskade, SVDDEN DEATH, Noizu, Slander, and Kayzo all on the bill. As Insomniac’s longest-running event, it is a staple of the music scene and fans welcome its return to southern California year after year.

This year, wildfires in the region have been blazing in recent weeks causing promoters and safety officials to be weary of the timeline for the festival. Unfortunately, despite all efforts, those fires have led the team to deem the region unsafe for attendees and have opted instead to cancel the 2024 edition of Nocturnal Wonderland. In a statement regarding the decision, the promoters express concern for the safety of all those in the region as well as those already affected by the fires as well as promise ticket holders that they will receive information to their emails in the coming days regarding refunds.
