Dreamstate Australia 2025: Lineup Features Above & Beyond, Indira Paganotto, Reinier Zonneveld, and Nifra
Who says techno and trance can’t coexist? Certainly not the organizers of Dreamstate Australia, who have unveiled an exciting lineup for the festival’s 2025 edition, scheduled for February 8 at the Sydney Showground and February 9 at the Flemington Racecourse. The current roster boasts 16 artists representing both genres.
Leading the charge is Above & Beyond, undoubtedly the highlight of the event. This UK trio, with over two decades in the industry, initially captivated fans with classic trance before transitioning to a more progressive style.
Fulfilling the trance-loving crowd that the Dreamstate brand cherishes, attendees can look forward to performances from Slovakian DJ and producer Nifra, the Dutch duo Avao, and W&W‘s side project, NWYR. The lineup even promises a back-to-back set featuring Australian talent MaRLo alongside UK DJ and producer Ben Nicky.
On the techno front, major players like Indira Paganotto and Juliet Fox will represent the genre. The two artists, one hailing from Spain and the other from Australia, both rose to prominence in the post-pandemic landscape after years of dedication to their craft.
Adding to the excitement, the Dreamstate Australia 2025 lineup will also showcase a live performance from renowned artist Reinier Zonneveld. A celebrated figure in techno circles, the Netherlands native is known for his releases on labels such as Stil vor Talent, Intec Digital, and M-nus, along with his own imprint, Filth on Acid.
The inaugural Dreamstate event, organized by Insomniac, took place in San Bernardino, California, in 2015, filling a gap for the classic trance community amidst the EDM boom. Without delay, the brand expanded its reach, debuting Dreamstate Australia in October 2016.
