Following years of remarkable achievements as part of Tale of Us, members MRAK and Anyma are now diversifying into their solo careers. MRAK has launched two compelling new singles on his latest EP, The Turn.
The influence of Tale of Us and the Afterlife brand continues to resonate throughout the electronic music scene, characterized by stunning visuals and impactful progressive house music. Individual artists from Tale of Us are seizing the opportunity to explore their solo projects. As Anyma rises in prominence, MRAK is also stepping forward, releasing new solo tracks. Following his earlier EP, The Pledge, he is back with two additional singles featured in his latest collection, The Turn.
This EP includes two tracks, Reserva and Dune, highlighting MRAK’s talent for creating emotionally resonant music and melodies distinct from the Tale of Us identity. The first track, Reserva, features a collaboration with 19:26, delivering a thrilling instrumental experience. This piece ebbs and flows with deep bass and the subtle inclusion of female vocals, crafting a dynamic musical journey. The second track, Dune, showcases Aimée Sophia who captivates with her vocals as MRAK simplifies the production to highlight her voice against a backdrop of synths. Her haunting performance adds an emotive layer, enhancing the EP’s already compelling soundscape.
