Tomorrowland 2025 Unveils Orbyz Theme Focusing on Global Warming Awareness

Tomorrowland, the iconic electronic dance music festival, introduces a captivating new theme for 2025. Taking place in Boom, Belgium over two weekends from July 18-20 and 25-27, 2025, this year’s theme, titled Orbyz, aims to highlight the pressing issue of global warming.

The narrative accompanying the Orbyz theme centers around an indigenous community that resides beneath a glacier in a world dominated by ice. As climate change causes the glacier to melt, these inhabitants emerge to the surface, discovering vibrant red crystals and rocks that radiate an intense light.

In line with previous Tomorrowland themes, such as last year’s Spirit of Life, a novel will accompany the Orbyz theme, allowing festival-goers to immerse themselves in its storyline. The festival’s visual aspects will echo this narrative, creating an enchanting atmosphere filled with ice and mythical creatures, as outlined in a recent press release.

Since its inception in 2005, when it attracted 10,000 attendees, Tomorrowland has grown exponentially, now welcoming 400,000 electronic music enthusiasts from over 200 countries for its 19th edition. The festival promises an impressive lineup, with hundreds of artists slated to perform across 16 stages throughout both weekends.

Over the past two decades, Tomorrowland has expanded its reach, hosting events in various countries, including Tomorrowland Brasil, Tomorrowland Winter in the French Alps, and the melodic techno-focused Core Medellin in Colombia.

Ticket pre-registration for Tomorrowland 2025 opens on December 5. For more details, visit the Tomorrowland website.
