Renowned dubstep trio Ternion Sound announces their final year as a band, embarking on a farewell tour to conclude their musical journey.
Rewind to 2016, and you’ll discover Andrew Hill, Jack Denney, and Aric Okerman taking their initial steps together as Ternion Sound. This project was initiated with a vision to deliver exceptional bass music while promoting sound system culture, old-school rave aesthetics, integrity, and creativity. Over the years, the trio garnered a dedicated fan base and achieved notable success with releases on labels like Deep, Dark & Dangerous, Infernal Sounds, Vision Recordings, and more. However, they have now surprised the bass community with the announcement of their disbandment.
Ternion Sound recently shared the news on social media that 2025 will mark the end of their project, a decision influenced by Andrew welcoming his first child in March and other personal considerations.
While Ternion Sound may be coming to an end, the trio has expressed their intention to pursue solo careers in the future. Moreover, fans will have ample opportunities to see them live during their official Farewell Tour in 2025. “We’re already in talks with a few of our favorite promotion companies, but we want to perform as much as possible this year to say goodbye and express our gratitude for the support,” Ternion Sound stated.
Details regarding Ternion Sound’s Farewell Tour will be announced soon, so fans are encouraged to stay tuned. The trio also invited fans to share their cherished memories on their Instagram post.
