Get Ready to Return to the Prehistoric, Wub-Filled World of Lost Lands! Important Festival Updates Before Tickets Go On Sale!
Few festivals in the North American electronic dance music scene have captivated audiences quite like Lost Lands. Hosted by Excision Presents at Legend Valley, this festival has become a must-attend event for fans eager to experience the latest and greatest in bass music while dancing alongside dinosaurs. The upcoming edition will mark the eighth installment of Lost Lands, and as in previous years, attendees can expect exciting upgrades for an enhanced experience from September 19-21.
Last year’s enhancements included a new tunnel connecting the campgrounds to the festival and the introduction of the Crater stage area. In preparation for 2025, Excision and his team have been diligently working on several new improvements. This year’s festival will unveil additional experiential and interactive activations throughout the grounds, a dedicated section in the Village Marketplace offering healthier food options, a new in-venue dining experience with a curated menu, an expanded Crater stage area, and extra seating in Wompy Woods VIP, Subsidia stage, Prehistoric stage, and more.
Excitingly, Excision’s team has announced the return of flames and fireworks this year, along with the beloved drone show that many missed due to last year’s pyro ban. New terrain will be introduced to help reduce dust and improve walkability across the festival grounds. Sound quality will also be enhanced at the Prehistoric and Wompy Woods stages, featuring new stage designs, additional speaker towers, and various upgrades.
For camping enthusiasts, this year introduces Camp Dino Divas, a designated area for femme-identifying attendees, alongside a space specifically for ADA attendees. The Discovery Center programming will expand, offering more workshops and activities tailored to various community groups. Glamping experiences will be enhanced with additional amenities, including food vendor gift cards, a dedicated vendor section, complimentary bottled water and coffee, free showers, and more.
Additional improvements this year include streamlined VIP entry for a smoother experience, increased seating, more food vendors, and the implementation of purchase limits on popular merchandise items to allow more attendees to grab their favorite artist’s gear. The number of shuttles serving the South Parking lot will be increased to minimize wait times, and line management in Lot A parking will be improved. Furthermore, the live text line will be expanded to facilitate quicker issue resolution.
Tickets and camping passes for Lost Lands 2025 will go on sale on Friday, January 17 at 3 PM ET (12 PM PT). General Admission passes start at $315 (+fees), with VIP passes beginning at $650 (+fees). Camping and glamping passes, hotel packages, early arrival passes, parking passes, and other add-ons will also be available during the sale. Payment plans will be offered, and attendees from 2024 who registered their wristbands should watch for a $25 loyalty code valid through January 19.
