Kieran San Jose Kicks Off 2025 with the Exciting Tonight EP on SOLA Records
Kieran San Jose, an emerging star in the West Coast electronic dance music scene, is making waves with his latest EP, Tonight EP, released under Sola Records, a label within Armin van Buuren‘s esteemed Armada Music. This promising 24-year-old producer has already caught the attention of industry giants like Paco Osuna, Loco Dice, and Cloonee, solidifying his place in the dance music world.
The EP’s title track, “Tonight,” features a captivating blend of a soulful vocal over a minimalistic groove. While it maintains a softer tone, it embodies the energetic essence that Kieran is renowned for, ensuring listeners remain engaged throughout.
The second track, “Trust Issues,” ventures into darker realms, highlighting Kieran’s unique style of minimal deep tech. The track is enriched with glitches, bleeps, and an infectious vocal hook, creating an ethereal atmosphere, while a resonant bassline propels the energy forward.
Prior to his Sola release, Kieran gained recognition with significant releases on Cloonee’s Hellbent Records and collaborated with Gio Lucca on projects through Jeff Sorkowitz’s Short Circuit label and the legendary Nervous Records. His work has garnered support from prominent DJs including Duke Dumont, John Summit, Classmatic, and Chelina Manuhutu. With each new track, Kieran hones his skill in creating unforgettable grooves that resonate on the dance floor.
Kieran enjoyed a successful 2024 on the touring front, performing at notable venues such as Radius Chicago, Sound Nightclub in Los Angeles, and with Pink Bag Records in Miami, among others. As he steps into 2025, his schedule promises to be equally exciting, with upcoming performances in San Francisco and Las Vegas, alongside a new release expected in February on Stacey Pullen’s BlackFlag Recordings.
