Project GLOW Announces Strategic Plans for Enhancement Before 2025 Festival

News

“New Year. New GLOW!” announces the first slide of an Instagram carousel detailing Project GLOW’s plans for a fresh start in 2025.

Every festival evolves, but if attendees experience significant issues, organizers must work diligently to regain their trust. Project GLOW has demonstrated a commitment to improvement by outlining their strategies for addressing a variety of concerns ahead of the 2025 festival in Washington, DC.

“You asked, and we delivered,” is the message from an Instagram carousel where the Project GLOW team outlines their agenda for 2025. The focus is on four main areas: cooldown stations, VIP benefits, the event layout, and weather management.

“But how can Project GLOW address the weather?” you might wonder. Organizers are taking inspiration from EDC Las Vegas, but in reverse. As previously announced, the festival will be rescheduled from April to May 31-June 1 to mitigate the risk of rain.

For the festival’s layout, it will cover a larger area in 2025. “This will be our biggest year yet!” stated the organizers. “We’re providing more space for you to dance with an expanded festival map!”

Cooldown stations will feature improved shade structures, misters, and additional water refill stations. Finally, Project GLOW’s team promises “Enhanced VIP” experiences, with further details to be revealed later.

Project GLOW is not the first festival to respond proactively to attendee feedback. Elements Festival issued a similar statement after its 2024 edition faced challenges due to weather and logistical issues.
