To ensure a smooth entry into the event and maintain the safety of attendees, there will be restrictions on the size and type of bags permitted at the venue.
While festivalgoers are encouraged to avoid bringing bags, the following items are allowed:
- Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags not exceeding 13”x17” in size
- One-gallon clear zip-top bags
- Small clutch bags, roughly the size of a hand, with or without a strap
- Hydration packs (NOT backpacks)
- Fanny packs or similar waist packs
- Exceptions for medically necessary items after inspection

- Sunglasses and hats
- Illuminated or glowing jewelry or costumes
- Sealed packs of cigarettes upon entry
- Vapes and e-cigarettes (sealed vape juice and cartridges upon entry)
- Non-professional cameras
- Action cameras (e.g., GoPro) with straps or non-extendable handles
- Earplugs
- Flags and banners (no corporate branding; no hard poles)
- Powdered makeup
- Non-aerosol, sealed sunscreen upon entry
- Sealed feminine products upon entry
- Prescription medication (must have prescription label in your name)
Prohibited Items:
- No illegal substances, drugs, or paraphernalia
- No weapons, including pocket knives and self-defense sprays
- No flammable items or liquids, including aerosols and fireworks
- No markers, pens, or spray paint
- No backpacks, purses, or bags except for clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags not exceeding 13”x17”
- No stuffed animals
- No outside food or beverages, including alcohol
- No bottles, cans, canteens, flasks, or coolers
- No opened over-the-counter medications or eye drops
- No opened packs of cigarettes or tampons
- No pacifiers or glow sticks
- No balloons, balls, frisbees, or flying disks
- No umbrellas, chairs, blankets, sleeping bags, or tents
- No bicycles, skateboards, hoverboards, scooters, or personal motorized vehicles
- No drones or unmanned aerial vehicles
- No animals, except service animals assisting individuals with disabilities (comfort or emotional support animals are not allowed)
- No large chains, chained wallets, or spiked jewelry
- No laser pens, pointers, or similar devices
- No water guns, squirt guns, spray bottles, or misters
- No musical instruments, noisemakers, or air horns
- No professional cameras, flash cameras, or recording equipment
- No poles, sticks, or “totems”
- No confetti, streamers, or loose glitter (wearable cosmetics are acceptable)
- Additional items may be prohibited at the discretion of law enforcement or security officials.
