DJing has become more accessible than ever with the launch of DJ with Apple Music. This innovative integration from Apple allows DJs subscribed to the platform to effortlessly create and mix sets using the extensive Apple Music catalog, which features over 100 million songs.
“Apple Music is dedicated to supporting DJs,” states Stephen Campbell, Global Head of Dance, Electronic & DJ Mixes at Apple Music. “With this new integration, we are furthering that commitment—connecting Apple Music seamlessly with the leading DJ software and hardware in the industry. This innovation empowers DJs to access, play, and discover music in real-time, enhancing their creative workflow.”
The launch aligns with the start of Miami Music Week, enabling subscribers to link their accounts to platforms like AlphaTheta, Serato, inMusic, Denon DJ, Numark, RANE DJ, and Algoriddim. Additionally, users can explore the newly launched DJ with Apple Music category page, showcasing DJ-friendly editorial playlists and dedicated curator pages for each supported software and hardware, complete with mixes and sample playlists to help refine their skills.
We are excited to introduce this integration with Apple Music to DJs worldwide as they enhance their creativity. This represents a significant advancement in making DJing more accessible, and we are eager about the opportunities it creates.
