CRANKDAT, Level Up, Odd Mob, and SLANDER b2b SVDDEN DEATH to perform at Forbidden Kingdom this May.
There is no shortage of two-day festivals curated by Insomniac, but Forbidden Kingdom has become the ideal destination for fans of dubstep, drum and bass, and various bass genres to kick off their summer in style. This year, the festival returns to its original venue at the Orlando Amphitheater at the Central Florida Fairgrounds on May 30-31.
The medieval-themed bass music festival generated significant buzz for the 2025 edition when it revealed its phase 1 lineup on February 24. Now, the highly awaited phase 2 lineup has arrived, and bass music enthusiasts are in for a treat with four exciting new additions.
Joining the roster are SLANDER b2b SVDDEN DEATH. Known for their melodic dubstep, SLANDER’s epic b2b set promises to be a festival highlight, blending their emotional, melodic tracks with SVDDEN DEATH’s signature aggressive and darker sound.
Fans ready to experience heavy bass won’t want to miss performances from renowned dubstep producers Crankdat and Level Up. Crankdat, a trap music heavyweight, is known for hit singles like “Wobble” and “STFU.” Meanwhile, Level Up has quickly risen through the ranks of dubstep, having honed his skills in battle turntablism under the mentorship of hip-hop DJ Rob Swift.
The final addition to the phase 2 lineup is an unexpected surprise. Odd Mob, originally a duo and now solely the project of Brisbane-based artist Harry Hope, is set to infuse a vibrant dose of bass house into the festival’s atmosphere.
General Admission, GA+, and VIP two-day passes are currently available, starting at $168.31, including fees. Visit Forbidden Kingdom’s website for more details about the festival, hotel options, and to purchase tickets through SeeTickets.
