Zodiac makes a dynamic return with his latest release, “In The Sunrise,” a collaboration with emerging artist Alex Gresham. After a year and a half of focusing on adding more human elements to his sound, Zodiac showcases this evolution in his new track.
Zodiac describes “In The Sunrise” as a new chapter for his music, symbolizing his official comeback to the electronic music realm. “It’s the rebirth of Zodiac and a testament to my dedication to delivering genuine experiences for my audience,” he states.
The collaboration emerged naturally. Gresham first encountered Zodiac while studying at the prestigious Icon Collective music school in Los Angeles, where they shared a Discord production server. Upon receiving the production file for “In The Sunrise,” Gresham was immediately inspired, quickly recording melodic vocals that perfectly complemented the track’s dark techno and house elements.
Gresham approached the studio with a mindset of “don’t overthink it,” a principle he had recently shared while teaching at Icon Collective. This led to a seamless blend of both artists’ musical styles.
