Levity Set to Unveil New Stage Show at Mission Ballroom in Denver This Fall
Chicago-based EDM trio Levity has been on an impressive streak. Following the release of their debut EP, Escapism Vol. 1, last fall, they completed a sold-out North American tour. Riding this wave of success, they have announced an exciting new stage show called Lasership, set to premiere at Mission Ballroom in Denver on November 21.
“We’ve been working on this for a while and can’t wait to share everything that Lasership has in store,” Levity shared in an Instagram post. “Our aim is to consistently evolve and elevate our performances, bringing our vision to life while crafting an unforgettable experience that we hope will amaze you!”
In alignment with the vibrant visuals of their event flyer, Levity promises “a spaceship loaded with lasers.” While the specifics of the Lasership experience remain under wraps, it’s clear that the Mission Ballroom debut is only the beginning.
Levity is made up of John Hauldren, PJ Carberry, and Josh Tarum, who together create a unique blend of bass music. In a discussion with Julia Kauffman for MP3 MAG, the trio explained that Hauldren and Carberry founded the project in 2019, with Tarum joining in 2022. Their popularity skyrocketed after videos showcasing their performance at Electric Forest 2023 went viral on social media.
Currently, Levity is in the midst of a tour, with upcoming stops in Omaha, Indianapolis, Kansas City, and Miami. They are also scheduled to perform at GRiZ’s Seven Stars Festival in Arrington, Virginia, just before their Denver show for Lasership.
